Position description: Contributes to solutions within the SAP HCM PA OM Benefits studio of the Talent delivery channel under the direction of the SAP HCM Manager Serves as a functional SAP HCM PA OM Benefits specialist using their knowledge of SAP ECC, how data is staged and utilized with integrations to formulate solutions to address business problems Assisting the Deloitte SAP HCM Manager with research across the SAP HCM solution road map addressing the current and the future needs Researches, analyzes, designs, proposes and helps deliver solutions that are appropriate for the business and technology strategies Formulates solutions, helps to build consensus, markets and helps execute such solutions Translates leadership direction into actionable activities to be executed Requirements include: Five (8) or more years of SAP HCM implementation and functional experience. Knowledge of SAP HCM core functions: Personnel Administration (PA), Personnel Development (PD), Org Management (OM), Benefits Administration (PA-BN) SAP development experience in one or more of the following: ABAP, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, Gateway Working knowledge of software development life cycles methodologies Proven full project life-cycle delivery using established methodologies (ASAP, Agile) Ability to engage and deliver on multiple concurrent activities.
