Both legacy and new systems are DXC systems. Teams will be comprised of both FB and DXC resources. Looking for this person to also mature the FB Policy IT teams in the Agile methodology and ways of working. This person must have extensive experience as a SM and be able to interact with executive levels of both the IT and business. Preference is for someone who has prior commercial lines P&C experience. Executive level polish is required along with proven experience leading multiple scrum teams. Preferably this individual will also have some Agile Coaching expertise as well.
