Strong knowledge of business processes in one of the industries viz. Automotive, CPG, Chemical process, Hi-Tech manufacturing, Medical Devices Good understanding of Production, Quality, Inventory, and Maintenance capabilities required for these industries Strong ability to understand functional needs and explain to core technical team members and map that to IT touchpoints Excellent analytical and communication skills. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Has an overall 12 to 14 years of experience Has worked in the capacity of techno-functional SME for 5 years Has worked in large programs - ideally teams of 50+ Has worked very closely with product owners or played a proxy product owner role. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Work very closely with the Product owner and technical and solution architect teams. Understand current applications and its integrations and IT touchpoints Assist business and technical teams and guide them to achieve the goal. Help teams to prioritize on the critical tasks and at times liaise with the product owner Act as owner for a set of applications or leads a tower such as Product, Quality, Material or Engineering Identify areas of improvement in business process and suggest digitization and automation opportunities Acts as a strong bridge between technical team and Customer's solution architecture teams Analyse functional and non-functional requirements.
