Serve as the primary HAM, SAM, SME and support process activities. Provides final technical architectural guidance to all things related to Asset Management. Overarching understanding of ServiceNow Enterprise product suite and ServiceNow best practices. Ability to apply business concepts into a technical solution. Evaluate design alternatives and presenting functional and technical recommendation through effective presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences (developers, Senior Executives and IT management). Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. The Subject Matter Expert 2 has industry experience in the relevant subject matter.
