Qualifications : - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java development and system integration. - Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming and web services. - Knowledge of PBX architecture, telecommunication network services, and contact center operations. - Familiarity with Genesys Cloud is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
