Oversee the development and maintenance of data models, data warehouses, and databases. Collaborate with stakeholders to define data governance policies, data security measures, and data integration strategies. Ensure the performance, integrity, and security of data systems. Work with teams to optimize data workflows, ETL processes, and data pipelines. Lead data architecture reviews and provide guidance on best practices. Support compliance with federal regulations and security standards. Qualifications: Strong understanding of database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and data warehousing. Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud). Familiarity with data modeling tools and techniques. Knowledge of data governance and security best practices. Active Secret clearance required. Must reside in the DMV area and be available for occasional on-site meetings. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
