The preference is to hire the senior candidates first so please start there. They want a candidate who is really strong in Containerization, someone who has skills in Kubernetes. They also need someone who has Python programming, someone who can build API's, someone who has some Django exp. Will need some AWS Cloud experience as well (no Azure) Will be working on IAC in Terraform, need to have. CI/CD experience is nice to have.
