Use expertise to elevate project results. Teach and train merchandise directives and guidelines Support field teams on new store process and execution Guide efficiencies and best practices to maximize sales and customer experience Act as liaison between fixtures and graphics Visit stores to support all merchandising opportunities Teach min/max and expand/contract throughout the territory Communication with Corporate & Field Partners Participate on territory conference calls to focus teams on effectively communicating current directives Partner with DM to communicate store floor plans, providing guidance and support on execution in stores Align with Sr CML to provide insight and add clarity from a store/field perspective Support all new AP directives that apply to merchandise and communicate any issues, opportunities or concerns Thanks, Pallavi, [email protected] , Nitya Software Solutions Inc.
