Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Design and develop data integration solutions using Xactly Connect. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all Xactly Connect processes. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Xactly Connect integrations. Perform regular system maintenance and updates. Create and maintain documentation for all Xactly Connect processes and integrations. Provide technical support and training to end-users. Qualifications: Proven experience with Xactly Connect and Xactly Incent Strong understanding of data integration and ETL processes Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases Familiarity with API integrations and web services. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with other Xactly products (e.g., Xactly Analytics, Xactly Objectives).
