Work directly with vendors and manufacturers of mechanical systems, custom fabrications, and assemblies to ensure on time and sufficient deliverables. Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently with changing deadlines and priorities. Interact directly with customers to extract requirements, generate a plan, and report status. Responsible for leading multi-disciplined team of engineers, logisticians, and technicians to ensure program objectives are met. Candidate shall be responsible for ensuring that technical and programmatic issues associated with the effective execution of the program are resolved. Candidate shall be responsible for reviewing and interpreting technical requirements, developing, and defending the program budget, and ensuring project execution. Qualifications REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND CLEARANCE: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and three (3) years or more experience. Experience with engineering design, modeling, and drawing development in SolidWorks and/or CREO. Experience creating technical data package quality drawings using GD&T and other technical processing requirements. Knowledge of systems engineering and integration principles such as requirements definition, verification and validation testing, interface control documents (ICDs) and systems engineering management plans (SEMP).
