Job Title: Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant (VBS/VBCS Integration & Customization) Location: Washington, DC (First 2 months Onsite, then Remote) Duration: Long term contract Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Finance modules and strong hands-on experience in VBS (Visual Builder Studio) / VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service) for integrations and customizations. This is a long-term contract extending through 2025, offering a unique opportunity to work on extensive and complex Oracle Fusion Finance projects. The role will be onsite in Washington, DC for the first two months, with the flexibility to transition to remote work thereafter. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, implementation, and customization of Oracle Fusion Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, and Financial Reporting. Develop, implement, and support integrations and customizations using VBS/VBCS to meet specific business and functional requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand financial system requirements and provide tailored Oracle Fusion Finance solutions. Optimize business processes within Oracle Fusion Finance to enhance operational efficiency and financial reporting. Provide troubleshooting and support for Oracle Fusion Finance integrations and custom solutions to ensure smooth and efficient system performance. Create and deploy Oracle Fusion Finance extensions and custom applications, adhering to best practices and security guidelines. Support system upgrades, ongoing enhancements, and post-implementation tasks. Ensure all technical and functional documentation is up-to-date, including design documents, test scripts, and user guides. Train and support end-users and functional teams on customized and integrated solutions. Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on experience working with Oracle Fusion Finance modules. Expertise in developing customizations and integrations using VBS (Visual Builder Studio) / VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service). Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP architecture, particularly in the Finance domain (GL, AP, AR, FA). Solid experience with Oracle Cloud integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, web services, etc.). Experience in customizing and extending Oracle Fusion Financial applications for complex business needs. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and customization issues. Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of financial business processes and workflows. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with functional teams and end-users. Preferred Skills: Oracle Cloud ERP certifications in Finance modules. Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and other Oracle PaaS tools. Familiarity with Oracle SaaS and PaaS environments and development practices.
