The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers, providing technical leadership, and ensuring the seamless operation of multiple .NET applications. The role requires a strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle, including development, testing, and deployment using modern technologies such as .NET Core/Framework, Azure DevOps, and SQL Server. This role is essential for ensuring the effective management of existing applications while exploring new technologies to improve performance and scalability. Required Skills : 12+ years of experience in .NET development, with at least 2-3 years in a lead or management role. Strong knowledge of .NET Core/.NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, WebAPI. Expertise with front-end technologies like Angular or React. Proficiency with MS SQL Server, including stored procedures, views, and performance optimization. Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD, source control, and release pipelines. Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Azure or AWS. Experience with integrating third-party APIs and services. Familiarity with modern security practices, including identity management and two-factor authentication. Leadership Skills: Proven track record in leading teams, mentoring developers, and managing project timelines. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Certifications: Azure certifications, AWS certifications, or PMP certification is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in high-pressure situations. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
