Experience with Service Now ITSM and ITAM suite of applications. . Experience working in an Agile software development and Software quality assurance environment. . Experience with Manual and Automation testing preferably Selenium and ATF (Service Now Automated Test Framework) . Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. . Bachelor's degree in related field. Responsibilities: . Create and maintain test cases/scripts for manual and automation testing . Develop test automation solution across multiple platform (Web, UI, API, Reporting, Database, ETL) . Perform Functional, SIT, Regression, Performance testing. .
