Produce high-quality designs and detailed specs across platforms/devices, and work with engineers to implement designs to spec, accommodating technical constraints when they arise. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners across multiple teams to define platform strategy and corresponding system designs to support strategy. Solve concrete and ambiguous problems with cross-functional peers, owning the end-to-end UX process from concept to implementation. Craft compelling visions and presentations with clear design rationales to align stakeholders and influence product/design directions in regular design reviews. Qualificatios: Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in product design or UX. 4 years of experience leading design projects. Experience designing enterprise/business software, services, developer tools, IT, or other complex software systems. Experience working with Designers, Researchers, Engineers, Content Strategists, and Product Managers throughout the design process. Ability to communicate concepts across different audiences and varying levels of the organization to influence product design strategy. Ability to perform research, customer requirement analysis, and synthesis.
