Title: Cloud System Engineer Location: Maryland Heights, MO (Onsite) Duration: 6+ Months C2H Job Description: About the job Our client in Maryland Heights, MO is looking for a skilled Cloud Systems Engineer to join their team on a 6-month contract to hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Azure, M365/O365, Active Directory, InTune, and AutoPilot, have an ability to manage projects and work hands-on, and have experience with tenant consolidations and migrations. Responsibilities: Manage, monitor, and maintain Microsoft Azure and Office/Microsoft 365 environment. Oversee the implementation and management of InTune and AutoPilot for mobile and desktop device management. Lead multiple tenant consolidation and perform a large active directory migration. Maintain Windows Server and handle server-related issues, including Windows 2008/R2/2012/2016. Install, configure, manage, troubleshoot, and repair the enterprise software delivery infrastructure, client management infrastructure, remote installation infrastructure and client operating system management infrastructure. Implement enterprise remote services and client management technologies. Implement and maintain device security architectures using group policies, registry settings, anti-virus, and vendor provided patches. Deploy patches, software updates, and anti-virus updates to enterprise systems. Assist with the assessment of server and enterprise storage identifying areas to improve the infrastructure. Monitor infrastructure performance and tune assigned components to assure maximum performance. Maintain a high level of professionalism and client services. Qualifications: Proven experience in Azure, M365/O365, Active Directory, InTune, and AutoPilot. Systems engineering or systems analyst experience in an enterprise environment. Familiarity with Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT), WDS, and/or SCCM. Proficient in Microsoft Windows registry, file systems, server and workstation operating systems. Experience in scripting, network topologies and protocols. Excellent oral and written communication, logic-based troubleshooting, and project management skills. Proficient at dealing with multinational corporations, preferably with manufacturing and healthcare clients. 2 years associates degree or equivalent industry training/experience is preferred. Capable of occasionally working outside standard office hours. Knowledge of PCI, HIPAA and other Security Compliance is a plus.
