Develop operational data monitoring, analysis, and automated remediation solutions to improve efficiency and reliability. Invest time with other teams, including application development and infrastructure teams, to support business applications and processes in new ways. Skills Designing and implementing sophisticated enterprise-level solutions. Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) through DevOps, and tools such as Crossplane, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Terraform, and Ansible. Performance monitoring and observability through platforms such as ServiceNow, Dynatrace, Splunk, Datadog, and Grafana. Tier 1 vendor technologies both on-premise and cloud, including Kubernetes & containers at scale. Strong motivation and drive, with the ability to operate across multiple change projects simultaneously, including those that span geographies. API integration and API design knowledge is must Cloud certification and knowledge Victoria metrics Azure ADX Telemetry knowledge needed Qualifications: Minimum 14 years of qualified experience in monitoring and Observability track.
