Cisco certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE are highly preferred. Experience with AWS networking services such as VPC, EC2, Route 53, ELB, NAT Gateway, and Direct Connect. Experience in Call Center networking requirements and needs Experience in Cisco Meraki equipment required. Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and switching. Knowledge of call center technologies and protocols, including SIP, RTP, and CTI. Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and technologies, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS. Solid understanding of security principles and best practices, including firewall configuration, VPNs, and access control.
