This position willbe the primary driver in analyzing business processes and gatheringrequirements for new or enhanced solutions in the HR domain in order to providethese documented requirements to internal and/or external developers. In thisrole, the BSA is seen as the bridge between the business problems and thetechnology solutions. Strong partnership with regional stakeholders ismandatory to analyze, document and test delivered key initiatives. Responsibilities: Production support of the Oracle Fusion HCM modules(Talent Management, Recruiting, Payroll, etc) and other third partyapplications that work in conjunction with Oracle Cloud. Responsible for in-depth analysis and documentation ofBusiness Processes, in order to achieve effective and efficient use of thesupported services. Responsible for delivering quality functionalspecification documentation for internal and/or external programmers who candevelop new or enhanced solutions and reports based on these requirements. Responsible for proper testing of new or enhanced softwaresolutions and reports, in preparation of delivery to the Business stakeholdersfor user acceptance testing. Assisting the Business stakeholders in user acceptancetesting. Assisting in executing the procedures and practices todeploy and use the supported services. Delivers the outcome of new or revised additions and/orenhancements of applications and components of IT solutions relating to thesupported services on time and delivers critical functionality in support ofmajor business projects. Works with other Business analysts to assist in newprojects and implementations. Executing actionsso that the supported services meet the required service levels to supportbusiness strategy. Driving projects of the supported services to successfulcompletion and implementation. Required Skills & Experience Mandatory skills and experience Prior 5-6 yearsFusion HCM implementation experience Deep knowledge of their respective modules in this case CoreHR and Payroll Knowledge and expertise in data conversion/ migrationexperience from third-party legacy systems and EBS Integration experience notnecessarily on OIC Overall personality and communication skills Technicalknowledge such as running basic queries , has basic knowledge of HR tables.
