The ideal candidate will act as a Designated Engagement Engineer (DEE), providing technical oversight and ensuring successful deployment and management of the OpenShift platform for our clients. This role involves working closely with clients to validate technical prerequisites, resolve issues, and manage the technical scope of engagements "- Implement a technical prerequisites checklist for clients to complete. - Validate that technical prerequisites have been completed by clients. - Determine client technical readiness for engagement. - Resolve technical issues and escalations. - Manage the engagements technical scope and adjust, as necessary. - Collaborate with clients and Red Hat Customer Experience and Engagement (CEE) to: - Submit and escalate Red Hat product issues. - Submit project requests for enhancements (RFEs). - Submit Red Hat Support Exceptions. - Manage technical executive communications to facilitate decision-making and provide technical progress status. - Conduct workshops and informal mentoring sessions to: Answer technical questions prior to engagement to better prepare client personnel. - Fill any engagement-relevant client technical knowledge gaps.
