Strong experience on Call center / contact center reporting and knowledge on contact center KPIs (Must Have). Ability to interpret contact center / metadata drive insights and correlation of events based on data and interpreting the reporting. Nice to have : Hands-on experience to build custom analytical models and python scripting for structured call metadata. Experience with Genesys is preferred, but resources who have worked with IVR/Contact Center reporting using a different platform as well would work. Advanced knowledge of native Genesys Cloud CX Reports and Dashboards. With 8 10 years of experience Strong PowerBI or Tableau reporting, Design and Development. Big data, noSQL, SQL data query/extraction coding experience.
