Experience with Salesforce is essential, experience in Service Cloud is a preference. Should have a deep understanding of Salesforce's capabilities and features and you keep up to date on new features and functionality that gets released. Should be able to write a detailed Product Requirements Doc. Any one Salesforce certification is must. Problem solving skills - be able to break down high level requirements into actionable tasks. Be familiar with data driven product optimization; Good product design and interaction design skills. Cross culture work experience is preferred.
