Job Title: Enterprise Project Manager /QA/BA Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite) Duration: Full Time Start Date: ASAP Job Description: We are seeking a multifaceted professional to fill the role of Enterprise Project Manager, Quality Assurance, and Business Analyst. This unique position will require an individual who can manage large-scale projects, ensure high-quality deliverables, and analyze business needs to drive effective solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong project management skills, expertise in quality assurance practices, and a keen ability to analyze and articulate business requirements. Key Responsibilities Project Management (EPM): Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation. Experience of managing Data Analytics project is preferred. Execution: Oversee project execution to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and facilitate communication between various departments. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to address project challenges. Reporting: Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including progress reports, issues, and resolutions. Quality Assurance (QA): Test Planning: Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and testing strategies based on project requirements. Execution: Conduct thorough testing of software applications, systems, and processes to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability. Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects or issues, and work with development teams to resolve them. Standards Compliance: Ensure that all deliverables meet defined quality standards and compliance requirements. Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements to QA processes and methodologies. Business Analysis (BA): Requirements Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to collect and document business requirements and objectives. Analysis: Analyze business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement or optimization. Solution Design: Develop and propose solutions that align with business goals and technical feasibility. Documentation: Create detailed business requirement documents, process maps, and use cases. Validation: Work with stakeholders to validate that solutions meet business needs and provide value. Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSQA, CBAP) is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, quality assurance, and business analysis. Skills: Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). Proficiency in QA tools and methodologies, including automated and manual testing. Solid analytical skills with experience in gathering and documenting business requirements. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira), QA tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP), and business analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Balsamiq).
