The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating SAP ECC with ADP, leveraging Power BI for reporting, and generating insightful reports that synchronize data from both systems. Key Responsibilities: Data Integration: Design and implement solutions to integrate SAP ECC with ADP systems, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization between the platforms. Reporting with Power BI: Utilize Power BI to create, configure, and maintain dashboards and reports that draw data from both SAP and ADP. Ensure the accurate representation of key business metrics. SAP and ADP Expertise: Extract, validate, and transform data from SAP ECC for use in generating reports that incorporate ADP data. Address any challenges related to data mapping and consistency between the two systems. Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand their reporting needs, and ensure that data integration supports business goals. Collaborate with SAP and ADP support teams for technical guidance and troubleshooting. Documentation & Support: Create and maintain documentation for integration processes, data flows, and reporting metrics. Provide training and support to end-users on new tools and reports. Requirements: Proven experience as a BI Developer with a strong background in SAP ECC and data integration. Extensive experience with Power BI, including developing dashboards and reports that integrate data from multiple systems. Demonstrated experience in integrating SAP with third-party systems, particularly ADP. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Relevant certifications in SAP and/or Power BI. Experience in developing and managing KPIs and business intelligence solutions in a manufacturing environment.
