Resource will lead the planning and execution of development and delivery of efforts for one or more products to a high standard. Resource must be coachable, and knows how to work with Product Owners, Scrum/flow Masters, Developers, and Stakeholders. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: Strong experience understanding and implementing Agile values, principles, and practices (i.e., Kanban, Scrum) based on Team's maturity. Experience in Healthcare Domain Experience working with stakeholders for backlog item prioritization, grooming, and understanding of epic/stories/tasks Experience with JIRA to create/enhance dashboards, monitor progress of sprint/work flow, and providing statuses in timely manner. Experience with work breakdown and estimation, sprint planning, monitoring progress and removing impediments to deliver solutions for business needs. Experience in gaining buy-in and support from stakeholders Experience with setup, tracking, monitoring flow and reporting in Jira Hand-on experience in software development and debugging using programming language like Java or .Net/C# etc. Hands-on SQL experience in relational database like Oracle, SQL Server etc. Certified Scrum Master or Kanban certification Desired: Certified SPC or SAFe agilist in SAFe transformation Knowledge of DevOps practices Experience with JIRA Align and Portfolio Planning Regards, Komal Gupta | Sr. Technical Recruiter Largeton INC.
