NETWORK ENGINEER Duration: Long term project Location: NYC Visa: USC only Need LinkedIn and 3 references We are looking for a Network Engineer, must be in NYC. This would be on site initially 5 days a week, but it will most likely move to hybrid after training, but it is not guaranteed. There is a Matrix that will need to be filled out by the candidate that I have attached. This candidate must have 10 years experience. We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and support our clients growing network infrastructure. You will be part of a systems engineering team that ensures the stability and integrity of in-house network services. This is a long-term contract position and requires full-time onsite presence in the New York City office. RESPONSIBILITIES Plan and implement new network solutions and/or improve the efficiency of current networks. Install, configure, and support network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP. Configure firewalls, routing and switching to maximize network efficiency and security. Maximize network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting. Arrange scheduled updates. Attend to faults in the network. Document network setup and maintain support documentation.
