Workday tester San Jose, CA 6-12+ months Essential Skills: Qualifications: Experience: 3-5 years of experience in testing within the Workday environment, with a focus on the Talent and Acquisition modules. Hands-on experience with minimal configuration work in Workday, including setup of business processes and security roles. Experience with Workday updates, testing tools, and defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, etc.). Skills: Strong understanding of Workday Talent Acquisition processes and best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
