Service Delivery Optimization: Develop and execute strategies to enhance service delivery through automation, self-service, and analytics, aiming to improve overall efficiency and user satisfaction. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Architecture Reviews: Participate in architecture reviews, ensuring that solutions comply with ITIL best practices and organizational standards. Documentation and Standards: Work closely with other architects and engineers to define, document, and enforce technical standards and guidelines, ensuring consistent and scalable solutions.Job Requirements: ServiceNow Expertise: Extensive experience in ServiceNow ITSM, including configuration and customization of modules such as CMDB, Discovery, and ITOM.
