Job Title: Senior Software / Technical Project Manager (SPM1 A4 SC3)

Duration: 6+ Month

Location: Pittsburgh PA onsite. (No relocation, no represenation)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Software Project Manager to drive the improvement and integration of the Office of Vocational Rehabilitations (OVR) data management system within the Commonwealth Workforce Development System (CWDS). This role involves developing data solutions, managing reports, and integrating the Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) with the existing Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) system.

Responsibilities:
Data Solutions Development: Collaborate with the OVR team to assess and enhance data management practices, propose solutions, and improve accuracy.
Reporting & Analysis: Create standard and ad hoc reports, design report templates, and address flaws in the CWDS tracker system.
System Integration: Analyze and propose strategies to integrate Pre-ETS with the VR system, streamline financial systems, and address Pre-ETS 2.0 issues.

Deliverables:
Comprehensive plan for data management improvements.
Standard and ad hoc reports as needed.
Revised tracking system for Measurable Skills Gains and Credential Attainment.
Integration plan for Pre-ETS and VR systems.

Requirements:
Advanced business analysis and leadership skills.
Experience in Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and facilitating Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively.
