Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, managing complex projects from initiation to completion. Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Proficient in coding with experience in at least one programming language Strong Retail domain experience Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Relevant certifications such as PMP are a plus Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, timelines, budget, and resource requirements. Capable of driving pre-sales activities and preparing compelling proposals Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of project tasks, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential risks and deviations from the plan. Foster effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders. Regularly update project sponsors and key stakeholders on project status, milestones, and potential issues. Collaborate with business units to ensure project goals align with overall organizational objectives. Allocate resources efficiently, considering skills, availability, and project requirements. Work closely with team members to optimize productivity and resolve any resource-related challenges. Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks. Implement risk management strategies to ensure project success and stakeholder satisfaction.
