Order Management Experience: Experience with order management and order fulfillment processes, including subscription pricing and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM). SAP S/4 Hana Expertise: Proven experience with Order to Cash (OTC) processes in SAP S/4 Hana implementation or transformation projects. OTC Modules Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant OTC modules in SAP S/4 Hana. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Data Governance: Understanding of data governance principles and practices to ensure data quality, consistency, and security strongly preferred. Regulatory Requirements: Familiarity with data standards and regulatory requirements preferred. Software Development Lifecycles: Knowledge of Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, and Iterative methodologies. Project Management Tools: Proficient with Project and Portfolio Management tools such as Visio, MS Project, JIRA, and Clarity. Advanced Tools Experience: Advanced experience in managing projects using JIRA and PowerBI. Decision-Making: Independent, self-motivated decision-maker with strong problem-solving abilities. Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, communication, and multitasking skills. Strategic Thinking: Strategic and tactical thinker with strong consensus-building abilities. Leadership: Strong relationship-building and leadership skills. Adaptability: Able to adapt to rapid development cycles and uncertainty. Budget Management: Skilled in budget management and collaboration with Finance and Program Leads. Risk Management: Ability to anticipate and resolve risks effectively. Comfort with Change: Comfortable with ambiguity and change. Project Management Concepts: In-depth understanding of project management concepts. Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel to Hoboken as needed.
