Please mention work authorization and location Job Description Title Microsoft Power Platform and GIS Developer Location must be local to Richmond, VA hybrid Duration: 6months MOI: skype Need DL and LinkedIn Must have experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBI, etc.), as well as experience with GIS applications (ESRI or ArcGIS): Build applications using Microsoft Power Platform to include PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBI and Sharepoint, GIS applications using various ESRI ArcGIS products. *at least 3 days/wk onsite required **Local Richmond, VA candidates strongly preferred *Contractor will be responsible for purchasing parking through VDOTs Parking Management Office or procuring their own parking Core responsibilities Gain broad understanding of the VDOT innovation framework Use the innovative/latest tools and best practices to build applications using the Power Platform and ArcGIS Follow all applicable industry and VDOT standards, processes and Protocols Engage multiple customers and develop applications to meet their needs manage stakeholder communications and expectations Programming experience in a high level compiled language such as C#, C++, Java Required 5 Years experience with scripting languages such as javascript and Python Required 5 Years experience with Microsoft PowerPlatform to include PowerApps, PowerAutomate, SharePoint Required 2 Years experience using GIS for creating dynamic mapping applications and processing real-time location data.
