Role: Sr MDM Architect Location: Remote Exp: 12 Years Mode of Hiring Contract Shift timing: 9AM 6PM Seeking a MDM Architect with extensive experience in MDM implementation and strategy. Experience in multiple MDM tools is a plus. Reltio MDM, Profisse MDM, Informatica MOM. The ideal candidate will have 12 to 15 years of experience in Master data management and its solution architecture. This role involves leading complex projects, ensuring the successful implementation of MDM solutions, and driving data management strategies to support business objectives. Required Skills : Technical Skills: Profisse MDM, Reltio MDM, Informatica MDM Domain SkIlls: Healthcare Provider market, Patient MDM, Provider MDM Roles & Responsibilities : - MDM Roadmap and Strategy, MDM Architecture, Identifying MOM process and user adoption issues and resolution Lead the design and implementation of MDM solutions to meet business requirements and ensure data quality. - Oversee the integration of MDM with other enterprise systems using Integration Hub (IH). - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the project team to ensure best practices in MM architecture and data management. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements. - Develop and maintain data management strategies that align with the companys objectives and industry standards. Ensure the scalability and performance of MDM solutions through effective architecture and design. - Conduct regular reviews of MDM implementations to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow across systems. Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to MOM solutions and provide timely resolutions. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in MOM and data management technologies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality and governance.
