Role: Sr. Network Engineer Location: Lake Success, NY Exp : 12 Years Top Qualifications: -Relevant certifications, such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP). -Knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP. -Experience with network hardware (routers, switches, and firewalls) -Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools. Job summary: -Design and implement network infrastructure based on organizational requirements. -Maintain network hardware and software for seamless connectivity. -Ensure network reliability and performance. -Troubleshoot and resolve network issues. -Collaborate with other IT professionals to develop and implement network security measures. -Conduct regular network maintenance and updates. -Document network configurations, processes, and procedures. -Provide network engineering support and training to other team members. Responsibilities: - Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to Cisco VPN and Juniper VPN technologies. - Oversee the integration of VPN solutions within the Payer, Claims, Medicare, and Medicaid Claims domains. - Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams to ensure successful implementation of VPN technologies. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope and objectives. - Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget. - Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful outcomes. - Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges. - Facilitate communication and coordination among project team members and stakeholders. - Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and issue logs. - Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of VPN technologies. - Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing VPN solutions to enhance performance and security. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to Payer, Claims, Medicare, and Medicaid Claims. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project processes and outcomes.
