Its more on the lines of vanilla coding. The key is to have strong HTML, CSS and JavaScript backgrounds. We are looking for people that can code motion and engaging websites. Need dont follow standard sprint processes. Skillset Matrix: Technology Requirements (I.E Programs, systems, etc) - Adobe Experience Manager is that platform we are using. Figma is the UX/UI tools we use to develop the creative along with Adobe Creative Suite (primarily PS, AI, and some production/motion tools) Preferred background/prior work experience If they have worked with other creative teams thats a nice to have otherwise working in fast-paced environments and possibly corporate environment to understand brands. Priority soft skills Microsoft 365 Suite for comms and communication. If they know or think about data structure and know how to build for reuse and a forward thinker and problem solver.
