Guide the technical team in the development and deployment of the Salesforce architecture. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies, incorporating them into the architecture to drive continuous improvement. Ensure that the solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable, meeting the organization s long-term needs. Qualifications: Proven experience with Salesforce Community Cloud, Service Cloud, Flow, and Health Cloud implementations. Salesforce certifications such as Certified Community Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, and Health Cloud Accredited Professional. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Desirable Skills: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including best practices for design and development. Experience with data migration, integration, and security within the Salesforce ecosystem. Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and regulations, such as HIPAA.
