This role is focused on production support, ensuring that our network remains operational and efficient. The primary responsibilities include remediation activities and optimizing the current network system, with a strong focus on Cisco Firewalls. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and support network operations to ensure smooth functionality. Perform remediation activities to address and resolve network issues. Optimize the existing network system for improved performance. Act on firewall rule requests and implement approved rules using Firepower Management Center. Focus on traditional network support tasks, with an emphasis on Cisco Firewalls. Quickly learn and adapt to the complex network environment and firewall flows. Manage and address support tickets promptly, with an average of 10 tickets per week. Engage with clients effectively, providing clear and professional communication. Qualifications: Minimum of 8 years of experience in Network Engineering. At least 3 years of experience with Cisco FTD Firewall Threat Defense. Expertise in implementing firewall rules using Firepower Management Center. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work Om Verma Tech.
