Hybrid (3 Days a week- Tuesday-Thursday Onsite Jersey City, NJ) UX Programming experience Angular Material, Angular, Chromo/dev tools, CSS preprocessors, git, etc. Experience with SCSS, CSS Variables, CSS Grids primarily, GIT and CI/CD, working in an Agile Methodology, debugging DOM's, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Minimum 15+ years of experience Job Description: We are looking for a talented UI-UX Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both UX design and front-end development, ensuring that our digital products are not only visually appealing but also highly functional and user-friendly. Key Responsibilities: Design and Prototyping: Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Development: Translate UX designs into high-quality code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. User Research: Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys, and translate the findings into sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes. Testing: Conduct usability testing, and A/B testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and to create a cohesive user experience. Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest UX trends, techniques, and technologies. Advocate for best practices in UX and front-end development within the team. Requirements: Bachelors degree in computer science, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field. Proven experience as a UI-UX Engineer, UI-UX Designer, or similar role. Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular. Strong portfolio showcasing UX design and front-end development projects. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with back-end technologies and frameworks. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes. Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices. Experience with version control systems such as Git.
