The ideal candidate will lead and mentor Appian developers, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure the successful implementation of BPM solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor Appian development teams while collaborating with business analysts, project managers, and testers. Design and implement complex process models, user interfaces, integration components, and reports using Appian Designer, Appian Sites, and Appian Tempo. Apply best practices and standards for Appian development, ensuring the quality and performance of applications. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing support to end-users and clients. Stay updated with the latest Appian features and technologies, offering recommendations for improvements. Coordinate with on-site engineers and participate in customer calls. Raise risks, issues, and escalations to senior management and clients. Create quality documentation, collect metrics data, and conduct audits. Develop project plans and track schedules to ensure timely delivery according to quality standards. Promote process improvement and compliance, participate in technical design discussions, and review technical documentation. Must-Have Skills: Define, create, implement, optimize, and deploy workflow applications using Appian. Proficient in working with process modeler and handling various scenarios. Expertise in creating rules, expressions, and integration objects. Experience in responsive design, consistent styling, and easier navigation. Integrate and configure external APIs with Appian BPM workflows. Design and implement reporting and dashboard solutions. Knowledge of ACLs, roles, user authentication, authorization, and RBAC. Ability to modularize applications and implement rule reusability using web APIs and process models.
