Ideally that would be Lit experience specifically, but any variety of browser-native Web Components will work. They would also ideally have some experience with both React and Angular, but web component experience is rare enough that just one of those is also acceptable. Strong communication and analytical skills would be a major help as well. Project Description: Component Issue resolution and Component refactoring (involve Product Team interactions and dependency) Success Criteria: o Optimized components based on issue reports from product teams o Increased quality of the system (Hardening) o Reduced number of issues in the code repo o Normalized parameters and method/variable/construction Responsibilities: Work on components optimization.
