If a candidate can not verbally walk you through the process he/she is not the right person. You will need to focus on finding candidates with strong Core HR experience. The candidate with the right background will have experience (strong experience) with pulling data from HR SQL reports AND working with Lawson tables. Must have: Lawson Production Support of core HR applications ( Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition etc.). Must know Lawson Tables with some kind of reporting experience. Tableau is NOT a must have now, just preferred SQL experience pulling data Must have good com skills Hospital industry experience INTERVIEW MODE: Video Video JOB DESCRIPTION: Lawson consultant will be assisting the HRIS team on managing the day to day production support and in some projects where applicable. Strong knowledge and experience using Lawson v10 in all modules including but not limited to Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll etc.. is required. Production Support: Provide functional/technical support to end users by troubleshooting issues (research and resolve) using case management system ServiceNow and internal team mailbox Perform system analysis and provide any recommendations to help streamline setup/process where applicable Overall knowledge of Lawson security setup/roles and structure Assist with mass upload processes in Lawson working with the business to define the criteria and participating in monthly mass upload governance meetings with stakeholders (i.e., payroll, compensation) for upcoming uploads in conjunction with production support Provide day-to-day support with Lawson system foundational table structure and maintenance including but not limited to supervisor, job profile, position management, department/cost center, finance changes, fiscal year budget/positions etc. with follow up communication where applicable Provide day-to-day support for transactions such as supervisor changes, data corrections etc.. Assist with performing monthly system testing as new patches/fixes are applied (i.e., Lawson, Microsoft) Assist and create process flows/documentation and user training reference guides where applicable Additional assignments may include but not limited to special projects where applicable Reporting Support: Perform system/data/setup audits for data integrity and reporting Assist with day-to-day report requests that are assigned thru case management system - ServiceNow Strong knowledge and experience in SQL, programing such as XML, JavaScript, or ETL framework Proficient in report writing using tools such as Crystal, Business Objects, BI, OBIEE, Web Intelligence, Tableau, Microsoft Add-Ins (excel), general Microsoft applications (i.e., Access, Excel, VB) etc. Minimum Requirements: Strong knowledge and experience working with Lawson Infor v10 Knowledge of 4GL Cobal programming Experience with Infor Process Automation, Lawson Utilities, Design Studio, Portal, LID Strong knowledge of SQL with advance SQL script writing General Requirements: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and follow up skills Excellent project and time management skills Ability to organizes and manage multiple priorities Keywords: http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=161685&uid= |
