Applicants with a bachelors degree in engineering with be preferred. Professional Change Management certification (i.e. APMG or similar) is an asset. At least 15 years relevant experience including experience in HR Transformation especially into Organizational Redesign/Restructuring, and also in Organizational Change Management, this experience could also come from an HR or Management Consulting background with reputed global firms/clients. Outstanding communication abilities (written and oral), analytical capabilities Understands, appreciates and accommodates business realities Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies. Development and execution of communication and stakeholder engagement strategies. Proficiency with Microsoft Applications including Excel and PowerPoint, including the ability to present data in a clear and meaningful way. Native English speaker Should be open to travel within US (if reqd).
