Experience with security compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001). Cloud and Hybrid Environments: Proven ability to architect and implement IAM solutions in cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments. Familiarity with cloud identity services (e.g., AWS IAM, Azure AD). Advanced Scripting and Automation: Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Power, Python) for automation and integration tasks. Performance Tuning and Optimization: Expertise in optimizing IAM systems for performance, scalability, and reliability. Critical Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose complex issues and implement effective solutions in high-pressure situations.
