This position is within our Order to Cash team which is responsible for many areas and is expanding solutions in SAP Hybris (eCommerce), custom Fiori apps, ECC contracts and subscriptions and many more, If you are enthusistic about learning deep SAP functional skills and have a passion for supporting our internal customers in defining and supporting SAP solutions. Candidates must have extensive OTC experience. module experience with FICO also needed. Ten (10) years relevant business experience to include five (5) years in a leadership role. Must have strong business process knowledge of the relevant business area. OTC Team: Multiple year project, potential to eventually hire FT (if applicable for candidate) -- Have some projects & processes (already live to sustain) Support sustainment or put on team to work upcoming projects Lower Level -- Sustainment or Project Work --> IT Experience with good analytical skills (less years) Working with developers most of the time --> Understanding system requirements & processes to tell the developers to code on **Sales process understanding -- Coding, Contracts, Billing, etc. would be great** Must understand SAP Configuration, but doesn't need to have a lot of experience 3 years of experience for potential to hire & 5 for IT Can hire someone who has more experience, but hard to find Upcoming Projects Subscription services, repair facilities (Sales Order Processing, Pricing, Billing), Ecommerce Business Websites (Maintenance, Management, Desgin experience would be helpful but not required) -Experience leading blueprinting workshops, gathering requirements and solutioning. -Expertise in standard SAP or Custom solution design -Strong SAP configuration skills and understanding (pricing determination, quote/orders processing, Contract management, billing, output determination and processing) Experience with Order to cash end to end business processes and integration points with (Finance, Accounting, Materials management, Inventory, distribution, and shipping. 1. Certification in SAP Competencies including configurations skills in multiple SAP modules. 2. Possess strong project management skills. 3. Strong people management and mentoring skills. 4. Extensive experience in SAP and/or business area - with 6 project lifecycles. 5. Strong organization, analytical, and problem solving skills. 6. Solid documentation skills, including experience writing statements of work and business cases. 7. Possess experience with strategic planning and ability to work with/present to Senior/Executive Management. 8. Strong project management, customer service, and conflict resolution skills. 9. Possession of broad understanding of company business issues and their integration with broad and complex information systems applications. 10. Strong communication skills, leadership skills, presentation skills, problem-solving skills, project management skills, teaming skills and organizational skills. 12. Track history of strong leadership with experience leading a large strategic team. 13. Demonstrated excellence in designing and implementing at least two SAP implementation cycles. A credit history check from a national credit bureau will be conducted for all candidates for this position including new hires and current employees seeking promotion or transfer.
