Role: Tidal platform Support Engineer Location: Cambridge, MA Exp : 10 Years Top Qualifications: 1. Tidal Platform Admin. 2. Tidal Database Schema knowledge. 3. Very good communication link. Very good experience with Tidal 6.5.x 1 on administration . Working knowledge of integrating with ITSM Tool like SNOW. Experienced with Tidal Workload Automation upgrade /hotfix/ patching processes. Working knowledge and proficiency in MS SQL and Tidal database schema. Working knowledge on Tidal Performance related issues and Tidal platform Knowledge on CI/CD tools like Github, Jfrog Knowledge on Project management tools (JIRA) Minimum 2 years of experience in developing scripts and code improvements using Power, Tidal REST API 2. Identify Tidal product defects and enhancements and implement solutions / features as needed. Troubleshoot failed installs of the agent, job failures and dependency streams in real time related to TIDAL platform level. Should have hands on experience in API calling and migration enhancement using CI/CD tools. We have total of 8 team members for Tidal platform. One at onsite and others are at offshore.This position is for the onsite role and he/she are responsible to Support the tidal platform during USA hours.
