With expertise in Microsoft SSIS and MSSQL Server, you will ensure robust and scalable solutions. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to drive innovation and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities Lead the design and architecture of complex software systems to ensure scalability and performance. Oversee the development and implementation of software solutions using best practices in programming and system design. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure the integration of Microsoft SSIS and MSSQL Server in the overall system architecture for data management and ETL processes.
