Role - Cash Reconciliation Analyst Location Toronto - Hybrid Education/Experience: 1-3 years of Reconciliation and Accounting Background Experience Ability to understand business language and translate into technical terminology Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline Role Description: The Analyst would be responsible for the timely and accurate reconciliation of the Banks cash accounts held at other Banks and internal Inter Branch Accounts in strict compliance with Bank standards and regulatory requirements. The analyst would also be able to identify and escalate potential risk to senior management. He/She will monitor and report daily activity to Senior Management including account balances, business line positions, and Summary of cash breaks to the various business lines daily. Will be required to give a high degree of customer support to internal departments as well as Settlement Operations, Product Control, GTB, Finance and BNS Branches. The Analyst must possess very good knowledge of the products and systems relating to the transactions and accounts being reconciled, as they work under very tight deadlines. .
