Must have: Note: The previous two Managers' Ref and their LinkedIn Ids Needed Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer with extensive experience in Planview Portfolios to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization, business intelligence, and portfolio management, and will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing Power BI reports and dashboards to support our business needs. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Maintain Power BI Reports and Dashboards: Design, develop, and deploy interactive and visually appealing Power BI reports and dashboards. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports and dashboards. Integrate and Analyze Planview Portfolios Data: Extract, transform, and load data from Planview Portfolios into Power BI. Develop data models and schemas to support reporting and analysis needs. Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making. Optimize Performance and Usability: Optimize the performance of Power BI reports and dashboards. Ensure reports and dashboards are user-friendly and accessible to non-technical users. Provide training and support to end-users on how to use Power BI reports and dashboards effectively. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with IT, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of reporting solutions with business objectives. Participate in regular meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Maintain Documentation and Standards: Create and maintain documentation for Power BI reports, data models, and processes. Adhere to best practices and standards for data visualization and reporting. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field. Proven experience as a Power BI Developer, with a strong portfolio of Power BI reports and dashboards. Hands-on experience with Planview Portfolios and its integration with Power BI. Proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and M language for Power Query. Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with other BI tools such as Tableau, Qlik, or SSRS. Knowledge of SQL and database management systems. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
