About the Role: We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in MS Dynamics 365 to lead the implementation and optimization of Dynamics 365 for managing operations processes related to oil well engineering and construction. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of the oil and gas industry, specifically in engineering and construction workflows, and demonstrate expertise in leveraging MS Dynamics 365 to enhance operational efficiency and project management. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation of MS Dynamics 365 for oil well engineering and construction operations. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Design and configure MS Dynamics 365 modules to support engineering, construction, and project management processes. Develop and implement workflows, customizations, and integrations to optimize operations. Provide expertise in data migration and integration, ensuring the accurate transfer of external system data to Dynamics 365. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in implementing MS Dynamics 365 for operational processes. Proficiency in configuring and customizing MS Dynamics 365 modules. Experience with data migration and system integration. Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with other relevant Microsoft technologies (e.g., Power Platform, Azure). Preferred Qualifications: MS Dynamics 365 certification. Strong understanding of oil well engineering and construction processes. Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements for oil well engineering and construction.
