ServiceNow System Administrator Certification - Mandatory ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification - Big Plus Responsibilities: Monitoring and maintaining the data quality in CMDB which has data populated manually and from two different discovery sources. Manage the Discovery configurations and troubleshoot failed discoveries. Share daily/weekly/monthly reports with the Infrastructure team on the Orphan Servers. Fulfil CMDB Support requests.
