With at least 3-5 previous years of hands-on JAVA with development of API/Webservices, work on integration projects and REST/JSON API development. Minimum 5-7 years as a business system analyst. Greater than 3-4 years in the health insurance industry in the areas of Claims, Benefits, Enrollment, Provider. Knowledgeable about Domain Driven Design (DDD) and Micro services. Should have prior experience with API, Application Development, Architecture Review, Modelling, SDLC Process. Knowledge of tools like JIRA, ALM, Splunk Visio, Lucidchart. The candidate should interface with Software Quality Assurance SQA team members to sign off on the test plan and test cases of the API, and then be able to support the new API as it goes through SQA, and UAT testing. Should also be able to support the API in production. Candidate should be a very strong data analyst, with experience in SQL Server and/or Oracle and NoSQL such as MongoDB. should be comfortable writing complex queries to understand sources of data.
